7. Silver Trembling Hands - The Flaming Lips (Embryonic)

I loved ‘Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots’. I saw them live and they ruled. But my god their stuff since has sucked. Not this though…it seems on the face of it they have struck gold again in ‘Embryonic’ - I haven’t heard it all (not yet released, streaming on myspace or something but it is a double album) but the reviews coming out are of the rave variety. Now if Wayne Coyne can go see Jeff Tweedy and give him some tips on following up brilliant albums…
